Cathedral of the Sacred Heart is located near the Gol Dak Khana, New Delhi. Henry Medd was the designer of this church and Rev. Dr. E. Vanni, Archbishop of Agra, laid its foundation stone in the year 1929.
The main Altar of the Church was donated by Sir Anthony de Mello and it is made of pure marble.
The Church organizes functions on certain days of the year and the major ceremonies held at the Cathedral are Easter and Christmas. Daily Prayers are held in every morning and evening and the special prayers are held on Sunday morning.

St. James' Church in Delhi
St James’ Church on Lothian Street is one of the most beautiful and oldest churches in Delhi. The church is built in the shape of a Greek cross and surmounted by an imposing eight leafed domeThere are the graves of the Skinner family and some martyrs of the 1857 war on the north of the church. Central Baptist Church in Delhi
